In this enlightening episode, host Maria Strange dives into the profound impact of the labels we assign to ourselves. Labels like "overwhelmed" or "just a mom" might seem innocuous, but they can powerfully shape our reality. They become the lenses through which we view the world, influencing how we live, feel, and perceive our roles.
Explore how these self-given labels can either limit or empower us, particularly in the contexts of military life and motherhood. Maria uses real-life examples to highlight how shifting from limiting to empowering narratives can lead to more fulfilling experiences.
Learn practical steps to transform your words and, ultimately, your worldview to embrace positivity, resilience, and strength. At the end of the episode, Maria invites you to a complimentary "Love Your Life" session, offering personalized guidance on redefining your self-perception.

What is our purpose? I feel like we all have a purpose, and we are actually living that purpose. However, sometimes it is unclear what exactly that is. In this episode, my friend Jessica Rydalch interviews me about identifying your purpose. We talk about what a purpose is, why it can help to identify it, and what this can do to help us in our day-to-day.
